Keystone Concierge provides housekeeping and personal assistant services to residents and small businesses in Philadelphia. Created in 2006 with a spreadsheet and a prayer, Keystone Concierge eases the burdens of local individuals and businesses who have more obligations than time. While Lori and her team complete clients’ household tasks and errands, clients are free to pursue their personal and professional goals.
Our goal at Keystone Concierge is simple — exceeding client expectations through extraordinary service. We accomplish this by giving clients detailed information about services, tailoring services to meet client needs, providing our own supplies, and partnering with organizations who are equally committed to quality. We use eco-friendly products and methods and love to get our hands dirty.
LORI OLK, Owner, has been a proud resident of Philadelphia since 1990 and knows the city inside and out. She lives in Southwest Center City with her husband, dog and three cats. Prior to creating Keystone Concierge, Lori attended the Management program at Walnut Hill College. Lori parlayed the customer service skills she honed in the food and beverage industry into a successful career as an Executive Assistant at a financial firm.
