Jessica and Lori met many years ago while Jessica was participating in an afterschool program. Fast forward 27 years, and they are now working on expanding Keystones services to include home housekeeping. Jessica has cleaned everything from hotels, corporate businesses, hospitals, airplanes, skilled nursing units, and private homes.  With Lori’s oversight, they are looking to create a five star service that exceeds expectations and allows for additional service from Keystone Concierge.

Nikia not only serves as a member of our staff but is our in-house tech specialist.

Jacquie handles billing, various administrative tasks, and deals directly with clients much of the time. In addition to working for Keystone Concierge, Jacquie has written and performed sketch comedy at the Philly Improv Theater. (phillyimprovtheater.com)
