Pricing & Our Process

My standard billing rate is $60 per hour.  I am willing to discount for 10 or more hours per week.  I am also willing to handle a Monthly Mitzvah as a low or no cost service to someone in need.  I bill for travel time above 15 minutes and charge for mileage on trips over five miles.  I will pass through all charges expended on third party vendors (IE: plumber, car repair) or products purchased (IE: medications, groceries).  For purchases of over $100 I will need a deposit for the estimated cost.  I start the clock for billing at the agreed upon time for our appointment.  If you are late or busy when I arrive, I will charge you for this time.  I have a one-hour minimum for most services but will bill to the nearest quarter-hour thereafter.  I will do shorter tasks for regular clients.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

I understand that life happens and I will do my best to accommodate unexpected changes to  your schedule.  Conversely, I appreciate the flexibility of my clients if you are able to adjust our meeting time occasionally due to another client having a pressing need.  If you cancel or reschedule under 24 hours on a regular basis, we will need to discuss this to consider a fee or termination of relationship.  I pride myself on being there for my clients and expect a similar level of accountability.  I will meet same day requests whenever possible but availability is not guaranteed.

PAYMENT

I will bill you following our appointment if payment is not made at the time of service.  I am willing to do weekly or monthly billing for regular clients but expect payment within a week of getting my invoice.  I generally do not have any problems with clients paying and understand that life gets busy and things slip our minds but I greatly appreciate you expressing your gratitude for my hard work by paying me promptly.  If you ever feel that you did not receive excellent service, I hope that you will contact me directly and we can discuss what would remedy the situation.  I want to wow you every time that I work for you!

COMMUNICATION

Please call or text if your request is urgent as I only check email when time allows (usually at least at the start and end of the day minimum).  I do my best to respond to clients as quickly as possible but will not interrupt my time with a client for your project unless I have personally failed to address something.
